During a wound management appointment, one of our Doctors will assess your wound and if required, can prescribe antibiotics if there are signs of infection, to support the healing process.
Chronic venous leg ulcers are the most common wounds seen in general practice and their management can be both challenging and time consuming, so it’s important to have a nurse with experience in treating these types of complex wounds.
