If you wish to speak to the doctor, please let the receptionist know and she will arrange for the doctor to call you back at a convenient time. Full details of results can be obtained from your Doctor on your next visit.

Should you have a complaint we would like to know of it immediately so that appropriate steps can be taken to remedy the situation and ensure that there is no repetition.
